Stress – Strictly S

18th December 2025

Stress stalks silently.
Sneaks sideways.
Settles somewhere soft – stays.

Sleep suffers.
Stomach swirls.
Spine stiff.

Surviving seems so small sometimes.
Society says “soldier strong.”
Sounds so simple.

Suffering shouldn’t stay silent.
So speak.
Share stories.
Seek support.
Stand steady.

Stretch. Stroll. Swim. Sing.
Sip something soothing.
Sit. Sit still.
Simply stop.

Shadows scatter slowly.
Storms subside.
Strength surfaces.
Serenity.
Shelter, solace, salvation, safe space.

Somehow.
Soon.

Smile.
